RAINE - Just A Little Hope
The First in a trilogy of songs written and performed by RAINE
The singer/songwriter RAINE is destined for a long career in the music industry with her first professional recordings including Just A Little Hope. SCN Productions worked with Raine's early demo of the song, building arrangements and providing recording services to emulate her original vision for the track.
The full range of services by SCN Productions were employed - arrangement, studio recording, mixing and mastering. This was one of the tracks from the up coming EP that SCN Productions also produced a full length video for the single.

GODS POV - Aimee Thompson
When Jazz meets Gospel and sparks fly heavenward!
When I was asked to produce a four track EP for the amazingly talented singer/songwriter Aimee Thompson, i knew this would be result in an outstanding recording.
Aimee has been writing songs for many years (with much encouragement from her father who himself was a working musician during his early career), and together with her strongly honed live performance, this record 'God's POV' proved what a talent she has now become.
With jazz/soul forming the bedrock of this collection, Aimee worked with her band in developping the arrangements that were recorded. My task was to capture the brilliant musicianship at our designated rehearsal room in Lisburn, Belfast. In essence the drum tracks were captured with all other recorded instruments in the SCNProductions studios.
This EP has been released in conjunction with Release Internation to support fund raising for the perseciuted people acrsso the world. Heres the link below if you want to buy the CD

Running Out Of Universe - NEA
NEA, originally from Sweden, is a multi-talented artist whose creativity knows no bounds whatsoever!
Nea has many porjects all running concurrently, not least of which is her solo song-writing career, delivering many memorable compositions. "Running Out Of Universe" is an excellent example of Nea in full writing mode, and when SCNProductions got on board to collaborate in the arranging and mixing stage, we were delighted with the results.
Whilst Nea has a plethora of solo recordings underway, she finds time for wrting and recording with her band 'ElectricBanditz', who are preparating for an album release and a tour to promote it.
This song, 'Running Out Of Universe' has found its place on Nea's new audio book that is being released in conjuntion with her first novel "The Sirius Project". check out the attached links for more information

WAYMAKER - Soundtrack Productions
The Big Roar of Little Bear
This delightful animation series continues on from the very successful "New Day for Little Bear" with two new animations from Waymaker. The Big Roar tells a story that is designed for use in child therapy environments, and this demanded some very close attention to musical detail! Whilst the soundtrack forms the bedrock ambience, my objective was to create an empathetic soundscape - one that complimented, enhanced, but not one that would override the narrative. Please do listen to the audio in isolation to analyse all of its nuances in detail, which then will make perfect sense as you watch the animation. Both are attached for you to check out ➡️
Little Bear Finds His Way
Another great animation created by the Waymaker team buit upon the original story by Eileen Russell. Discover how Little Bear gets lost but finds himself through a bit of self discovery, with empathetic tones created by SCN Productions specifically composed for this delightful animation. This animation required music that resonated with the emotional pushed and pulls of the narrative, which would enhance the effectiveness of the piece, in its sole purpose to aid the healing techniques used in child care therapy pracitices. Brian Houston's band creation for upbeat, modern country rock! - The Tupelo Truckers
This collection of seven all time great country songs, were recorded in short style media format, capturing the essence of this current live touring outfit. Recording took place at one of Northern Ireland's most prestigious rock studios in Dundonald, Stoneyroad Studios.

RAINE's second studio recording for her upcomeing EP
Recording RAINE is so effortless, her professionalism pervades the whole atmosphere, with incredibly accurate vocal technique. But as you can hear, her delivery is far from contrived, more of a naturally cultivated expertise. This song 'Love & Hate' was delivered to me at SCNProductions, with a raw guitar and vocal, which we collaboratively develpped into the arrangement you hear today.
Whilst a vidoe for this song is yet to be storyboarded, we believe this will make the grade for the follow up single to 'Just A Little Hope'....

IN HIS PRESENCE
A Worship Song by Aaron V Graham
SCNProductions was commissioned to arrange and produce the audio and visual content for a composition authored by Aaron V. Graham's - "In His Presence". All audio recording was executed at the SCNProductions studio Lisburn Northern Ireland followed by a days film shoot across locations in the province of Antrim, namely Newtownards, Antrim and Belfast City. Additional audio and video footage was supplied by the Gathering Place Church in Kapeeka, Uganda and the production edit was mastered by SCNProductions.
PARTY ON 5th STREET
Another brilliant performance from RAINE with her third release - 'Party On 5th Street'
When Holywood in Northern Ireland meets Hollwood in the US, you get a sweet blend of distinctive Celtic tones mixed with California's heartbeat. This song has overtones of that famous American hotel that the Eagles sung about, coupled with Raines perfectly balance arrangement and innovative writing.
All instruments were performed and recorded at thye SCN Production stuidios in Lisburn, Belfast, with the exception of the bass guitar, which was provided by the amazingly talented Graham Recks (check out his bass fill bring us back into the end choruses..)
